DOT-Uni recently held its Meet and Greet Orientation, welcoming both new and returning students today, March 21, 2025 via ZOOM Teleconferencing. The event featured key presentations, including one by Ms. Nickie Jane Castaneda, Head of Student Support Services, who discussed essential student resources such as the CAIS Portal, Comprehensive Exam guidelines, Turnitin policies, and other academic matters. Additionally, Mr. Rodgiel Montanez, DOT-Uni’s Programmer, provided a brief yet insightful discussion on CANVAS, DOT-Uni's learning management system. He guided students through the step-by-step process of creating a CANVAS account, ensuring they could easily access course materials and online learning resources. The Meet and Greet Orientation was attended by 43 students from various programs. It provided a valuable opportunity for students to voice their questions and concerns about their learning experience, it also offered clarity on academic policies, and introduced students to the university’s support services, helping them navigate the school year with confidence and ease. - Angelica Dadag
